The Undertaker Vice Lords started in the year 1970 by Eddie Richardson (aka HI NEEF) and some others, such as Curt Kirkland and Carmen Tate..  The Undertakers were formed and broken down into generations.  Each generation had all members of about the same age that joined at about the same time.  Each generation had its own King or prince who was in charge.  Eddie Richardson was the King of all the Undertakers along with second in command Carmen Tate (aka REDMAN).  Richardson was also a Five Star universal within the entire Vice Lord nation prior too and while he formed the Undertakers.  The Undertakers soon set up major Crack Cocaine, powder Cocaine, and Heroine distribution operations within their territories on the Westside.  Between the years 1984 and 1990 the Undertakers heavily engaged in the distribution of brown Heroine.  From late 1987 until early 1988 the Undertakers sold about 25 kilos of brown heroine.  Between 1990 and 1998 the Undertakers sold about 100 Kilograms of white Heroine.  In 1994 Richardson Eddie Richardson was charged with federal drug conspiracy charges and sentenced the life in federal prison for drug conspiracy charges for distribution charges from 1984-1991 because he was King of the Undertakers.
