Man charged in deaths of two (Chicago, IL):

A 20-year-old Chicago man has been charged in a double homicide that was allegedly triggered by a gang rivalry along the Evanston-Chicago border, authorities said. The man is a member of the Vice Lords street gang and allegedly planned to rob Black P Stone gang members, according to Cook County officials. Two other gang members who were present during the killing of the 22- and 23-year-old are both at large.
